Whereupon, a few minutes later a passerby...in a large TANK truck  stopped to 
pick it up!

Witness's stated, "  The guy put it on his antenna..and added "CHEW" toi hold 
it in place..."

When asked if they got a license  number, the responded, " Nope..but on the 
back of the tank....under all the animal grease....we saw
