Please cite your references to support this claim. It just doesn't seem to be 
correct.

According to Bob Kirkman's authentic and complete cylinder head article in 
the Tech Guide, this is not true. In his article, he lists head 3819875 (line 
#55) with 9.03 CR for 110 HP 1964 engines stating "including FC" .

He also lists head 3856758 (line #65) with 9.29 CR for 110 HP 1965 engines 
stating "Also 65 FC".

So where did you get your information?
