<VV> fender skirts

Like many things the rear wheel openings on a Lakewood/Monza wagon are
different than the sedan.  Was there about an 1" (2.54 cm) gap at the top?

That said, Smitty has a nice set of skirts on his wagon . . . must have been
a '64 only option, or Smitty is showing his skills again.
