Pat,
An air dam will help, but are you are maintaining tire air pressures--front
to rear-- 12-15 psi greater in rear than the front? Correct alignment ...front
and rear, and front TO rear (tracking) is also a place to look.
My 67 is stable at speed (85 being as fast as I drive it); all things being
equal, yours should be too.
