IIRC our records were lost in a FIRE! BUT
We have "lcl", Larry Claypools' "Stock Is" and Now Kent Sullivan is
working on even MORE things!
Look in our archives and you'll find the recent threads....
Then we have the "Junkyard Primer" "69 Fingertip Facts" and who knows
what else is available from our Vendors...CORSA
Option #2 "Cross reference"........
Think about that.........Our vendors rely on those not willing / able to
search out the PN's of usually only "Similar" items that will work...plus
those that require ONLY EXACT replacement parts.....so we don't put all these
things together in a book....AFAIA
The knowledge....if you don't have means of finding out on your own.....comes
with TIME......reading VV.....joining a club / CORSA, going to
meets....talking with others....
Spark plug, fanbelts,Brake shoes, universial joints are "generic"......look
at the numbers...or measure the reach / threads..on a plug.
Many parts on LM's are Corvette......why a Tele sterring column is so
expensive....
It's all in my head officer....ggggg
