<VV> Vert in San Bruno CA

Is there anyone willing to (or near enough) to have a look at the vert FS in 
San Bruno?

The seller does not respond to email questions and has one very STRONG 
negative out of 4 or 5 feedbacks.  I have a potential interest, but not in 
getting burned.  This would be the vehicle with the rather unique "factory 
power breaks".
