<VV> Droopy visors

How do you fix droopy visors?  My '62 and '64 both
have them.  I'm not talking about visors that rotate
down as you are driving - they are tight.  But the LH
visor inboard end is tight up against the headliner,
while the RH visor inboard end is down about 3/4 inch
away from the headliner.  

Need some guru advice!
