The time of receipt of the Communique is such a popular topic that I think
it should have its own list, kinda like VVTalk.  Maybe we could call it
VVLateCommuniqui and have an autodirect of every post to Harry and the post
office.  Posts regarding late copies of Hemmings, Women's Day or Scientific
American would be strictly off-topic.
