The really tradgic part is that it was complete when it was found and
under the effort of "restoration" the car was basically turned into a
parts car due to the rarity of the missing parts.

On many of the pictures you can see how brittle the "plastic" has become
as it has cracked and curled.

$10,000 seems to be a bit high due to the overall poor condition but the
rarity of the car and the high dollars being gotten for one-off's and
prototypes from todays mega rich collector could see it happen.

I had researched these sites a long time ago and bookmarked them due to
