<VV> electric fuel pump - inertia switch - diaphragm block

This is also a symptom I experienced when running a Pertronix. Cleared up
when I went back to points after a couple of years.

This is the symptom of an air leak at one of the two rubber connector hoses
in the fuel line. Replace.
