It's the loaded rolling diameter bruce! Anyway STOCK SIZE is 24.7" VBG (always wanted to say that to Bruce!!)

Seriously, the issue does not seem to be the tire height, but rather the tire width. Rubbing is at the fender top (just barely touches) not anywhere else.

I've not had issues running 205/60-15 on any Corvair.
