<VV> Hard Downshifts

Hi all,
Drove my 64' vert with PG to work today and noticed the downshifts were hard. Went out to lunch and it seemed even worse (maybe not). Any ideas, fluid was a bit low but not much. I will top it off before heading home, Will post if it gets worst on the way home. 
 
Any ideas what to look for or adjust?
