Vendors also still sell the combined book (big paperback) containing the 6
published papers. This is the book I have now, although I'd thought that
there had been another publication with additional material. I coulda
sworn that there was a 2nd set of papers published, but like you I'd
already perused the SAE website and found only these 6 papers. It's
still a valuable source of information but there was so much more that
could have been published. Maybe it was wishful thinking on my part...?
