No, I'm actually out in the country...but with a LOT of new houses going up around. Like 3500 in my little town alone... likely 30,000 in the area... supply and 
demand. 

In Il where I lived before (in a much wealthier area) I stored 4 vehicles inside (in a secure open warehouse) and a trailer outside for $100/mo.
