Pro Touring is a term I've seen Chevy High Performance mag use for a vintage car that has been radically modified with
updated drivetrain and suspension; they are generally expensive to build but tend to have modern handling with a vintage
look and so are popular with the hot rodding set these days. I would say this car only barely fits the bill; they put big new style
wheels under it but didn't do much to the actual suspension and almost nothing to the engine.
