<VV> Front end shimmy

Had very similar to this on my 65 Corsa...one steering arm was just slightly
loose.  Both bolts.  Incorrectly observed the movement as just tie rod
wiggle the first time.  Didn't move 1/2 mm total.  I.e. didn't take much.
