<VV> Front Wheel Rub

These wheels have a 3.75" back spacing.

There is a web page chart somewhere showing '66 Vairs coming with 
14s which was my source for info when I ordered the wheels/tires. 
Thought from that if GM decided it was okay in '66, it must be okay 
for any '65-69.   So the chart was wrong.  Nevertheless, I tried to 
get VERY close to the same diameter tire - yes, a 195 would have 
been closer.

All years Corvair CARS  came with 13"  wheels...

Your problem is common.....your 14"  have too much "offset"  to the
outside...Vairs need 4-4.5"   BACK SET!!
