<VV> Used parts passing as NOS

Dear List:  I have noticed a disturbing trend of people using the term NOS to
describe "new-ish" used parts on Ebay.  NOS is best shown with some partial
packaging but even then, some people place used parts in original boxes and
then die - leaving an estate handler with no knowledge selling off the goods
as "NOS".  Please be careful and ask questions.  Ugly answers and buyer beware
are no substitute for an unconditional guarantee of quality and for a refund.
