Having done it, twice:
   Cooling due to high pressure under the engine.
   Shift linkage
   Accelerator lingage
   Clutch linkage
   Firewall, noise
   Revamped suspension bias. 
It's definitely worth it, but don't expect as large of gains as hoped. You 
aren't moving as much mass as you think and the car was designed to accomadate 
the rear engine. It really does help on a shorter wheelbase car.
