I once put some 12 v aircraft landing lites on my hi beams on my 1st vair
(66) in 1966. Coming back from Elkhart lake Wisconsin, the lites went out on
the interstate. I turned the hi beams off and the lites came back in a
couple of hours( seemed that long @ 75mph) actually a couple of seconds..I
removed the aircraft landing lite on the left side and had no more problems.
There is a circuit breaker on the lite system. You may have some aftermarket
lites that draw a lot of amps or have a short in your lighting circuit.
