<VV> Body panels available?

I am getting ready to start cutting on my '65 body parts car to patch a
few rust areas on my Corsa...and trying to decide how adventurous I am
going to be.  Before I make final decisions...can anyone tell me if any
of the vendors deal in body panels?  I can't seem to find anything
online.  I would be happy with either rust/dent free original or
aftermarket manufactured, but I am interested in pricing "whole" body
panels...My friend restored a 60's era Chevy truck and he keeps insisting
that these body panels must be made somewhere...he could get almost any
body panel he wanted for quite cheap...Any help would be apprecaited...
