Barry.
I installed a headliner in my '66 several months back.
Clark's should be able to furnish you with instructions, but if they can't
give me a email off line if you need me to send you a copy.
A couple of things I did in additional to instructions ,
was to clean bows and clear coat them with paint or some clear sealer, also
keep them in order.
Also I make alot of small clamps out of old fashion clothes pins, I added
a rubber band to each
to increase gripping power. I use these front, back and along the sides
till the glue dried.
The glue is messy and take your time and let it cure over night.
Some trimming is required but not until the glue has done its job.
I needed to replace most of the plastic molding and pinch rail trim on the
sides, mainly because
of color change but some of it was worn out.
Good Luck!
