Well, that's interesting, Bruce, but I think you are wrong. You see, after
I had the P175/80R13 tires mounted, I compared them to the mounted bias ply
tires on my show car (B78-13s - original replacement tires for 6.50-13) and
they are the same size - 24" - in diameter. I also measured some original
6.60-13 mounted tires (with good tread!) I have in my garage and they also
have a 24" diameter.
