<VV> 13 inch tires

I don't think you'll get a lot out of Corky. My opinion is that this 
might be because Corvair owners don't buy many tires from him. Part of 
this reason, I think, has to do with CORSA Concourse rules. See my 
reply to Bill Hubble's post.
