<VV> 13 inch tires

Just recently received a copy of an AD from Coker tire, www.Coker.com , they say they have NEW BF Goodrich Silvertown 165 and 185/80-13 wide whitewall.  Replacement option for the 600-13 and 700-13 bias.  I tried to contact these folks for a CORSA discount program but they won't respond to the emails.
