<VV> Rampside ID hardcopy

Hey All;

   I have this Rampside that I aquired a couple of years ago. It came with 
no title. I would like to take it to the DMV (California) today to see about 
getting a title for it. All of my manuals are in Washington, but I need to 
find a site where I can get some official printable description of the VIN, 
as I'm sure they are going to ask what year it is and will need some 
physical proof of it. Any idea where that might be? It's VIN is 
2R124S102917.
