<VV> Ignitor II Follow Up

Hey Anil, Check and make sure that the igniter plate arm stud that engages the
vacuum advance arm hole is actually in the hole at the end of the vacuum 
arm. If these
are not properly engaged it may explain the inability to adjust the timing 
advance.
