Don't worry - there are hundreds of European cars that use 13 inch wheels,
and they will continue to be available indefinitely over here, and
presumably over there from specialist European car suppliers - might end up
costing you more, but they will *never* become totally unavailable! If you
get desperate, you can always ship them from here (or even come over and
fetch them!) - that's what I do with American tyres!
