It's tough to remove the idler bearing nondestructively from the pulley, but
it can be done with a press tool the correct diameter. You need something to
seat the hub of the pulley onto, with a slightly larger bore than the bearing,
and a press tool to push the old one out/new one in that's slightly smaller in
diameter than the bearing OD, but with a large enough bore to NOT press
against the shaft or seal.

Hey Everyone,
I just have a quick question. How do you install an idler pulley onto a
bearing? I bought an Idler bearing from Lon Wall that did not come with a
pulley installed. So, I have the bearing installed on the bracket, awaiting a
pulley. I am going to call Underground in the morning if I don't get a
response
here first. Also, how do you remove an idler pulley from the bearing without
damaging it? I successfully removed mine from my old bearing, but tore it up
in
the process. Thank you guy's in advance. - Kevin
