Mark,

Back off the adjuster all the way and it will pull right off.  The drum is worn and has a lip inside where the shoes don't hit it.

I'm having a problem getting my right front drum off an LM.  I haven't
popped out the access cover in the drum web yet because the drum spins
but she won't come off.  Any suggestions?
