  We got ours at the local bolt shop...unfortunately they only carry the SS
ones so they were a bit pricey...surprisingly the smaller sizes are more
expensive than the larger ones!!

if you check at a good local garage or lawnmower shop i bet they have the 
tool and inserts in stock. i used to do them all the time on small
engines..and 
any engine/heads i did i replaced any questionable looking and all number 5 
plug holes on turbo heads. they work well and do not move if put in place 
properly. watch the length!                   regards tim colson
