<VV> Orange Chevy paint question

Does anyone know the code or number for chevy 'hugger' orange I think 
it's 069. I want to paint my 65 Corsa this color. Also can anyone on 
the list 'learn me' a bit about the differences in paint types.  What's 
a good strong paint? And the differences between alkyd enamel, acrylic 
enamel, and any other paints that might be good.
