<VV> I love POR-15

While waiting for a good painting day, figured it was a good time to
POR-15 what I can on the 63.

Wire brush off the heavy stuff.  Paint on.  Looks much nicer.  Put on
latex gloves.  Change each time I went to refill my paint tub.  Kept the
amount on me to a minimum.  Only have 2 Goth fingers.  Not bad for doing
the wiggle worm under the car.

No more exposed rust on the underside.

The bumpers I coated 5 years ago show no signs of further degradation.
