Along that line and since my advanced age (well not THAT advanced) seems to
make the eyes a bit more sensitive at night, I get upset with these folks
who (on a perfectly clear night) insist on driving with the fog/sport lights
on... especially when I'm in a Corvair which is fairly low and even more
especially when they are five feet off my back bumper. But, this applies
almost as much (from the front anyway) to when in the Blazer which is
relatively high off the ground.
How do you pass/enforce a law saying to only use fog lights when it is
foggy? IL has a law stating that if your wipers are on, you also must turn
on your headlights. I don't know if there has ever been a ticket issued on
THAT law.
