I'd have to agree. You mentioned an electric pump, so I assume you have a
pressure regulator on it and I'd check this out for throughput first. The
turbo draws a lot of fuel at rev under boost, and some regulators just can't
keep up. When I had similar high-end behavior in my '63 (factory pump &
carb feeding a turbo w/140 heads on a PG) pulling the regulator out solved
it.
