<VV> OT: FS very rare GM truck

I'm posting this to the main list instead of VV-talk because I know lots of you that might be interested in a 
rare GM vehicle might not be interested in all the "goings on" over on talk. 

This belongs to a friend of mine... I have not seen it, but trust him to honestly describe it.

And when was the last time you saw a GMC Suburban Carrier (GMC's version of the Cameo, but much 
rarer) for sale? (Especially a project truck like this one... these are so rare you generally only see fully 
restored ones... if even that!)
