Hi Mike,
As was suggested, run a cylinder compression test to see if a valve seat
has dropped and is still dropped.
I suspect you have a stock ignition coil that is starting to fail under
heat. Swap it out regardless if it is a stock one. This is a common
failure mechanism. You could also have the engine overheating. Make sure
all the temp cooling features are in place, like the oil cooler plates and
any plates that seal the engine compartment.
