If anyone wants to work with me on an FI project, I have access to 
a dyno, a pro race mechanic with shop (who also does a lot of 
custom turbo installations), and software to modify and burn chips 
for the ECU.  What I don't have is a car/engine to modify.

What about doing EFI with modern turbo?

Oh, I'm in the Pacific NorthWest (near Seattle), if that matters...
