<VV> Engine internal pressure

I am experiencing excessive internal block
pressure-and some oil blowout through the vent tube-
cold compression 5 cylinders 135+ - # 5 checks at 80
lbs cold-  is this low compression on one cylinder
enough to create the problem- this is a very low
milage engine on complete rebuild-- broken ring??
broken valve guide???   It will be disassembled
tomorrow- collecting theorys today.
