Dan,
  How about turning the center seat to face the rear and use your existing 
front seatbelt mounting points to install extra center belts?  At least you save 
drilling more holes in the floor boards this way.  Sounds like you're going 
to give Greyhound some competition with your Greenbrier if you're transporting 
a full load of passengers.  I'll look for you in the diamond lane.
