Hi Keith
Did either or both of these cars have rear seatbelts? You could also check
to see if the anchor holes are located under the rear seat if the belts are
missing. Those without the rear seatbelt option do not have the holes.
    The code that looks like a 1 may be the E code for softray tinted glass.
Does
this car have softray tinted glass in all windows? It is labeled on the
glass. I believe the dash mark at the end of the ACC line may be
significant.
 Still not sure but the info from your cars could really help.
