I have been searching the J C Whitney catalog, but have not found the 
tool so I can relace my tires. I figure this is a tool to add laces 
around the dry rot holes so to eliminate blow outs. I sure could use 
this tool on my '57 Olds 98 with original tires! ( U.S. Royal  Saftey 8's)
