So, I guess we can all assume that you copied Bill (noname) with that
message.  I mean, you would not want to go behind his back or anything,
right?

I guess we've all had gripes on service issues from time to time.  To me, it
is usually best to take it up directly with the party involved... not to
publicize it in some kind of (what appears to be) spiteful way.

Attachments are scanned with anti-virus software.
