Hmm... Cuban cigars... casino where you only lose Canadian money (VBG)... really swinging downtown.... little British Inn and Pub within walking 
distance of the casino and downtown.... I could live with that!

Actually, the last time I was there picking up a car, a couple of hours in the casino paid for the Inn, dinner, a few Cubans, and most of the gas!

I think the limiting issue would be the poor vendors trying to get their goods back and forth!
