I don't know if there is a standard height. I would level the trailer,
then measure the height of the hitch. Then measure the hitch on the
truck and compare the dimensions. It's probably best to measure it with
weight in the back of the truck to simulate the tongue weight of the
trailer. Tongue weight should be about 10% of the loaded trailer weight.
Done this way, the truck and trailer should both be level and tow well.
