<VV> Cam Choice

Hello,
	Trying to figure out a good choice of a cam for a 140 PG going into a VW 
Bus.  Thinking a 889 equivalent, but possibly without the retard.  Read Bob 
Helt's article again, and was wondering if since it is pushing around a 
bigger vehicle, leaving that retard out might leave the power band in a 
good lower  level for a PG and a big vehicle.  So what is a good cam choice 
here?  The engine is currently a manual stock engine, so it does not have 
the crank for a PG.
