If you modified a 69 to look like a model that was discontinued in 66 how is
it still a stock class car?

Now looking at the VIN would indicate it's not what it appears to be.

I inclined to think about the concours rules the same way as racing.   You
build the car to a set of rules to compete.  If you want a 69 corsa fine.
If you want to have a Stock Class Concours car then....

How about a 64 4dr monza spyder?  Or a 4dr Corsa.
