Applying spray lithium grease to the rollers and rods that ride in them,
I've noticed that the squeak takes a few DAYS to go away. Apply the grease,
work the lid occasionally, and I'll bet that squeak will go away in its own
good time. Weird situation.

Subject: <VV> Trunk Squeak Help

Here's one for the group.. My trunk squeaks/groans when I open or close it.
I can't seem to fine the exact point where the noise is coming from. Any
experience out there as far as the location and the best lube??

Thanks
