<VV> prkg. brake rls. handle

[tvossler]

The same parking brake handle was used on half and three quarter ton Chevy
trucks from the early to mid sixties.  I had a '63 C-10 and a "66 C-10; my
brother had a '62 K-20 and they all were the same as on the Corvair.
