Buzzed home at lunch.
If I run up the rpms, both sides will suck heavily and the motor will
slow way down, like its struggeling, but will keep running.
If its at idle, drivers side it slows down and decent suction. The side
the air mix did not seem to effect.
The passanger side the motor will stall. The side the air mix did work
on.
Tried letting it suck my hand with the motor revving a few times, incase
something could be jarred loose.
I presume I take off the carb and re-clean the idle passage.

Using the relative vacume tester I set the vacume to be almost exact on
both carbs.
Then I tried tuning the fuel idle mix. Drivers side, nothing other than
completely out would change a thing.
At this point, put your hand on top of the drivers side carb and seal it.
Does the motor still run? If it doesn't affect it much, you may have
something clogging up an idle passage in that carb somewhere. Another
little trick - If the motor is running strange and you want to see if
fuel is actually flowing from the cluster or accelerator discharge into
the throat, hook up a timing light to one of the plug wires and aim the
strobe down into the carb throat and watch. (Carefully) With the engine
running, the flash will freeze-frame the fuel and you can easily see what
is discharging and what is not. - Seth
